Meet The Llamas

Here are the quirky biographies of

the ShangriLlama pack:

Dalai Llama

This pristine white llama with mystical blue eyes is such an angel!
He spends his time enlightening others in Chinese, Hindi and English about the benefits of
fresh air, daily exercise and natural food.
Still, he has an ocean of compassion for those that live hectic city lives and forage on fast foods. Dalai comes from a long line of
teachers dedicated to solving complex world problems.

Barack O’Llama

Known affectionately as “Barry,” this brownish-black llama is ShangriLlama’s community organizer. He can be found most often chatting with Dalai Llama about the need for universal hoofcare,
and with Pajama Llama regarding fostering mutual respect for all types of camelids. He is a recent winner of the Nobel Pets Prize
for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen cooperation among Camelidae. Barry has recently started a campaign called
“Yes, We Camelids Can!” to foster positive thinking among
two-toed creatures. His campaign offices are located in
Wichita, Chicago, Honolulu and Kenya.

Pajama Llama

Also known as P.J., Pajama Llama used to be a lazy guy who liked to lag behind during Llama Walks, pretending that his job was to bring up the rear. But one day, he was listening to Spanish and Caribbean music with Como T. Llama. Hunger pangs struck, so P.J. stole some treats
from Bahama Llama’s pen. When confronted, P.J. claimed
that he was just trying to help Bahama Llama slim down.
Now P.J. has to pay back his debt!

So he has recently launched his own line of “Llama Pajamas,”
which are polar fleece footed Onesies for adults and children.
They are printed in pop-art style (like Andy Warhol) with caricatures
of all the llamas in the ShangriLlama pack.
(Llamas have quite a sense of humor!)

Bahama Llama

Often seen with a palm-frond hat, this multi-colored llama loves to listen to Caribbean music with his stablemates. He recently grew out of his favorite khaki pants because of his overindulgence on
tropical plants. Fortunately, his friend Dalai Llama has been
feeding him dietary tips. Bahama has benefited from Barack O’Llama’s positive thinking campaign and has adopted his own slogan
for the ShangriLlama Trail, which is:
“Forward, upward, onward together.”

cOMO t. llama

This bilingual spotted baby llama speaks English plus some Peruvian taught by Grandma Llama. He loves to hum Spanish tunes and dance to "The Macarena." Como T. Llama loves to be asked, "What's your name?"
